Overview of issues addressed
More than half of COVID-19 cases in Canada are linked to nursing homes for the elderly. Do these figures reflect a lack of consideration for the elderly? What measures should have been put in place to prevent such a catastrophe, and what can we do to ensure the protection of seniors in the future? How can we adapt our laws to better protect the elderly and the vulnerable in the event of a health and legal crisis?
