Chairman of pipeline arbitration panels for the National Energy Board. Chief Negotiator appointed by the Government of Canada in the aboriginal claim of the Ouje-Bougoumou Band, Northern Quebec Cree Nation in the application of the James Bay Agreement of Quebec. Negotiated numerous collective agreements for universities, professional associations, etc.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :

With more than 50 years of experience, Me Archambault has pleaded before all levels of courts. A graduate of Harvard University in Interest-Based Negotiation and Commercial Mediation, he has worked successfully in numerous cases including many oil companies, teaching institutions, major construction companies, national unions, companies and personnel agencies across Canada, as well as in numerous cases involving doctors, police officers, etc. With a vast multidisciplinary knowledge, Me Archambault brings to the legal approach a human sensitivity and empathy that allows his clients to have the legal clarity necessary to understand their legal problem.
