PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :
Attorney Adel has extensive experience in real estate and commercial law, including legal and business issues relating to acquisitions, divestitures, investment, financing and management of commercial and industrial properties and small and medium size businesses. He is certified as mediator by Quebec Superior Court, experienced arbitrator, including for the Barreau du Quebec for disputes between lawyers and their clients as well as past president of Lord Reading Law Society.
